MailChimp is one of the world's leading marketing automation and email marketing platform. Integrating form responses into your MailChimp email list can help you run the right campaigns to the right people.
Here are the instructions for the same.
Setting Up MailChimp
Login to MailChimp Account. Ensure you have an Audience setup already in your account.
Connect Collect.chat with MailChimp
Once your form is designed and ready, you can proceed to the Integrations. And select Connect button next to the MailChimp.
Enter your MailChimp credentials and Login to your MailChimp account.
After connecting your account, click on the gear icon next to Mailchimp box.
Select the Mail list in MailChimp to which you want to add users to. Then choose the fields in MailChimp to match the questions in the form. Then click on Save button.
Note
You have the option to disable or disconnect the integration.
Test the Integration
Go to the Design section of your form.
Click on the Preview button to have a test conversation with your form.
Have a complete interaction with your form.
Check your contacts in MailChimp to verify that the response was received.
