Multi Choice

The Multi Choice type in Script allows you to provide a set of options for the user to choose from. Here the user can only select a single option. Depending on the option user selects, you can also provide Logical Jump. This allows you to change the context of the conversation and ask them a different set of question based on the option they select.

Using Multi Select type in the Script allows you to multiple options for the user. Here the user can select more than one option. The user has to press Confirm button to continue.
