Use this script type, when you want to accept more than one choice from the user.

Click

Choose the Multi Select type inside Build > Script

Edit

Click on Edit to customize.

You can add more options using the plus button and remove them using the bin button. Once you are done making changes to the text, you can click on Done.

Check

Go to Build > Design and see how it looks. The user has to tick the options and press confirm.

Tip

• Click on the Eye icon to preview the chatbot at any point.

• If it says Unpublished Changes, it means there are changes waiting to be made public.

• Once you click on Publish, all pending changes will become live on your chatbot.
