Multi Select Type

Use this question type, when you want to accept more than one choice from a user.

Click

Click or drag & drop the Multi Select type inside Questions.

Edit

Click on the edit icon to customize.

You can add more options by clicking on add option and remove them using the bin button. Once you are done making changes, click on save.

Check

Click on preview and see how it looks.

The user has to select the options and click on confirm.

Note

• We recommend keeping the text on the options to shorter words to make the bot look more aesthetic.

• You can use Logical Jump to jump to a specific question based on the options selected by the user.

Tip

• Click on the arrow icon next to publish to restore to previous version.

• Once you click on publish, all pending changes will become live on your chatbot.
