How to temporarily disable your form

If you wish to stop collecting data from the user and hide the form for a short period of time, then you can turn off Enable form from Settings > General.

• If Form type is Widget, then disabling the form will not show the form on the website at all.

• If Form type is Link, then disabling the form will redirect the link back to our home page.

• If Form type is Embed, then disabling the form will show a blank screen.

In a nutshell, your customers will not see the chat interface and no data will be collected.

This doesn't remove the form completely. To remove the form, please follow the steps here.
