Every paid account in Collect.chat offers you unlimited forms. You can create a form from scratch or start from one of our templates.
This allows you to create different forms on different pages of the site and give a better experience to customers. You can use the form as a chat widget and even embed the form on your webpages or blogs.
Here are the steps to add a different form on different pages of your website.
If your Website is in HTML5
Just be careful where you add the code snippet.
If you add the snippet code in the <header> or <footer>, then the form will appear everywhere on the website.
If you add the snippet code inside the <body> of the page, then the form will appear only on that page.
If you are using WordPress
Here you have to use our WordPress plugin and follow the steps listed here.
