Please go to Settings > Targeting and click on the + button. Select OS from the dropdown list.

In the above example, we will hide the bot on Windows operating systems.

The same rule can be added under Show for as well.

Note

This setting is only available for the chatbot when it is in the widget form. It is not applicable to embedded or full-page chatbots.
