You can control where the form appears on your website based on the URL. Please go to Settings > Targeting.
The Show on and Hide on accepts URLs in regex format. Let's see some examples. For these examples, we assume your website URL is "website.com"
Show the form only on Contact page
Show the form on Contact page and on the landing page
Hide the form on all items page
Show the form on items page, but hide on cart pages
Note
This setting is only available for the form when it is used as Widget. It is not applicable when used as Embed or Link.
Tip
When using URL targeting, please remember that only URL path parameters are supported, whereas query parameters that appear on the right side of “?” are not supported.
Don't forget to publish your changes before testing.
