Please go to Settings > Targeting and click on the + button. Select Visitors from the dropdown list.

In the above example, we will show the bot to users who visited the website at least twice.

If the same rule was added under Hide for, then the bot will be hidden for users who visited the website more than twice.

Note

This setting is only available for the chatbot when it is used as Widget. It is not applicable when used as Embed or Chatbot page.
