Please take a look at the items below and make sure you are all good:
Make sure that email@example.com has not been blocked by your email service.
Check your Spam folder
Also ensure that under Settings > Notification, the notifications have been turned on and you have provided your email address properly.
Are you testing for partial or complete responses? If you have turned off the notifications for partial responses, then you will not receive them. You can turn them on under Settings > Notification
If you are using multiple emails and routing, please make sure that you have provided an email for all scenarios and filters are accurate.
