When you are using the chatbot as a page, then metadata becomes important for SEO. This is what your customers see when you share the link in Social Media.

To change the SEO data, first make sure you have selected Chatbot page as your Bot type under Settings > General.

And then go to Settings > SEO where you will see the option to change the following:

• Meta Title

• Meta Description

• Meta Image

Make necessary changes to the title and description to match your brand and the chatbot's purpose.

Note

• You can turn off the toggle switch for Allow Search Engine Listing if you don't want your chatbot to show up on search engines.

• Don't forget to publish your changes before testing.
