You can choose to stop saving data on Collect.chat's servers from Settings > General > Save response on our server

If you turn this off, none of the responses will be saved on our server. They will not be visible under the Results > Responses section. We will not be able to provide analytics under the Summary section as well, since the data is not stored.

You will continue to receive email notifications from the bot. You can also use our webhooks to send the data to your server. These responses are sent over encrypted channels and are highly secure.

So if you are concerned about your privacy or your user's privacy, then please use this option. Using this option also makes the bot HIPAA compliant, since we are not storing any PHI.
