You will see the Phone Number Type under the Questions section. Use this in the chatbot conversation to capture the phone number of your website visitor. The Phone Number Type will check if the input is indeed a cell phone number.
Turn on the toggle switch next to Validate phone number to add extra validation to this input type.
Note
The Validate phone number feature is only available for our Standard plan users and onwards. When this is turned on, your visitors will receive an SMS code on their phones to verify their number.
