This script type is useful when you are trying to collect feedback. It creates a visual rating with associated text labels for each rating, like "Good", "Awesome", "Bad" and so on. These labels can also be changed as you see fit.

Choose the Rating type inside Build > Script

Edit

Click on Edit to customize.

Once you are done making changes to the text, you can click on Done.

You can use Logical Jump in this script type to jump to a specific question based on the rating provided by the user.

Check

Go to Build > Design and see how it looks.

Tip

• Click on the Eye icon to preview the chatbot at any point.

• If it says Unpublished Changes, it means there are changes waiting to be made public.

• Once you click on Publish, all pending changes will become live on your chatbot.
