Form Components
An understanding of the components of the form is required before you deep dive into the API.
Launcher: As indicated in the diagram this component contains the avatar of the form. This is the first component to appear on the site after the snippet code is loaded.
Launcher Text: This is the greeting message that is displayed next to the Launcher.
Widget: This refers to the popup modal that appears when the launcher is clicked and contains the conversation that you have scripted. Please note that in the embedded form, only this modal appears and if you wish to use these methods for the form in embed mode, follow the steps here.
