What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day money-back policy, starting from the day of the first bill. Under this policy, you can request a refund, if you did not find our service useful. We will refund 100% of the bill amount as soon as possible. Banking transaction delays can happen.

You can email care@collect.chat to request a refund.

Note: The refund applies to the first payment only. All other payments that fall outside the 30-day period are not eligible for refunds.
