Show or Hide the chatbot based on device

You can show the chatbot based on device. You can choose to show the bot only on mobile devices or only on desktop systems.

To make these changes, go to Settings > Targeting. Under Visitor targeting rules, click on the + Add rule button and select Devices.

With this rule, the bot will only be shown on Tablet and Mobile devices. The same rule can be set under Hide for as well.

Note

This setting is only available for the chatbot when it is used as Widget. It is not applicable when used as Embed or Chatbot page.

Tip

Don't forget to publish your changes before testing.
