You can show the chatbot based on the device. You can choose to show the bot only on mobile devices or you can choose to show the device the bot only on desktop systems.

To make these changes, go to Settings > Targeting. Click on the + button under Show for and select the appropriate option.

The same rule can be set under Hide for as well.

Note

This setting is only available for the chatbot when it is used as Widget. It is not applicable when used as Embed or Chatbot page.

Tip

Don't forget to publish your changes before testing.
