You can control where the bot appears on your website based on the URL. Please go to Settings > Targeting

The Show on and Hide on accepts URLs in regex format. Let's see some examples. For these examples, we assume your website URL is "website.com"

Show the bot only on Contact page

Show the bot on Contact page and on the landing page

Hide the bot on all items page

Show the bot on items page, but hide on cart pages

Note

This setting is only available for the chatbot when it is used as Widget. It is not applicable when used as Embed or Chatbot page.

Tip

• When using URL targeting, please remember that only URL path parameters are supported, whereas query parameters that appear on the right side of “?” are not supported.

• Don't forget to publish your changes before testing.
