You can set your own custom avatar for the widget launcher from the Edit > Design section.
Click on the avatar icon and choose Upload to upload your avatar. It needs to be at least 32x32 px in dimension. Any file of the format PNG, JPEG or GIF is supported.
Note
After uploading the avatar, if you do not see any changes to your widget launcher, please reload your dashboard or clear your browser cache. You may also test and see the changes applied in Incognito mode in your browser.
Tip
The avatar size and shape are fixed in our chatbot. If you are looking to create a custom-sized avatar, you can take the help of your web developer to create a custom designed button and trigger the chatbot from that button.
