This allows you to create different chatbots on different pages of the site and give a better experience to customers. You can use use the chatbot as a widget and even embed the chatbot on your webpages or blogs.
Here are the steps to add different chatbot on different pages of your website.
If your Website is in HTML5
Just be careful where you add the code snippet.
If you add the snippet code in the <header> or <footer>, then the bot will appear everywhere on the website.
If you add the snippet code inside the <body> of the page, then the bot will appear only on that page.
If you are using WordPress
Here you have to use our WordPress plugin and follow the steps listed here.
