Here is a brief overview of basic and advanced questions types.
Basic Question Types
Message Type: This is a non-interactive question type. It is useful when you want to pass on a message to the user without expecting any input. Learn more.
Text Question Type: This is an interactive question type. It is useful to ask plain simple questions. Learn more.
Multi Choice Type: This is an interactive question type. It is useful when you want to provide a set of options for the user to choose from. Learn more.
Multi Select Type: This is an interactive question type. When the user has to choose more than one option, this is the message type to be added. Learn more.
Yes/No Type: This is a copy of the multi choice type. It is useful when you want the user to choose a Yes or No answer. Learn more.
List Type: This is an interactive question type. You can list answers to the user as and when they are typing. Learn more.
Email Type: This is an interactive question type. With inbuilt email validation, this is the perfect question for asking email addresses. Learn more.
Phone Number Type: This is an interactive question type that allows users to type in their phone numbers. Learn more.
Number Type: This is an interactive question type. To get any sort of number input from the user including phone numbers, use this message type. Learn more.
Range Type: This is an interactive question type. To accept a number between a range, you can use this message type. Learn more.
Rating Type: This is an interactive question type. It is useful to understand user feedback. Learn more.

Thank You Type: This marks the end of a conversation and also give you a CTA button. Learn more.
